Hevel Group started construction on the 10 MW solar project in Volgograd region (Russia). After commissioning of solar power plant rights under the Capacity Delivery Agreement will be transferred to PJSC "LUKOIL" in accordance with the agreement signed earlier this year between Hevel Group and PJSC “LUKOIL”.
The right for the construction of 10 MW solar power plant was obtained by Hevel Group in a bidding round in 2014. Construction works are to be completed by September 2017. The commissioning is scheduled for the first quarter of 2018.
The solar power plant will reduce СО2 emissions by 10,000 tonnes and provide output of 12 million kilowatt-hours annually.
